Children grow and change throughout their childhood, this is from early development, preschool to junior years and all the way through to their transition to adulthood. At times throughout these stages, your child may require support with their movement, function and physical skills. This could be delay with their developmental milestones or regular trips and falls, not keeping up with their peers or concerns regarding their walking pattern.
Often, when you come to physiotherapy, the advice and exercises below are provided to support your child. In the current situation with COVID 19, it may be beneficial to use the resources below to support you and your child whilst you are awaiting physiotherapy or to try before referring to physiotherapy.
