Appointment of Vice Chair, Emrys Elias, as the new Chair of Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board

We are delighted that our Vice Chair, Emrys Elias, has been appointed as the new Chair of Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board for up to the next 18 months, following the retirement of Professor Marcus Longley after his 4 year term.

Emrys will take up post on the 1st October 2021.   

We would like to wish Emrys every success in this new role and would like to thank him for his work and commitment with our Health Board.

We are discussing the arrangements for the appointment of his successor with Welsh Government.
