We’re pleased to let you know that the Cancer Psychology Service offers two self-referral workshops to support individuals who have received a cancer diagnosis, as well as their friends and family members.
These one-hour online workshops, delivered by our psychology team via Microsoft Teams, are designed to offer practical tools and emotional guidance during what can be a particularly challenging time following diagnosis, or at any point during treatment.

'Adjustment to Diagnosis' - This workshop aims to help you explore ways to manage change, build resilience, and understand common emotional responses.
'Coping with difficult thoughts and feelings' aims to help you learn strategies to handle worry, anxiety, and distress following a cancer diagnosis.
