The Health Board has always supported the annual PRIDE March through the streets of Cardiff to show our support for our LGBT+ community and staff, but as this year this isn’t possible due to the Pandemic we wanted to let you know that our PRIDE celebrations will be moving online.

Armed Forces Day takes place on the last Saturday each June, landing on the 27th of June in 2020. The day is a chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community; from veterans to currently serving troops, service families and cadets.

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has established a new service to help COVID-19 patients who had been ventilated in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Respiratory High Dependency Unit (HDU).

The Royal Gwent Hospital’s Respiratory Team set up this unique collaborative Rehabilitation Programme to support and aid the recovery of formerly ventilated COVID-19 patients post discharge.
