Deadline Extended - Have Your Say on Local Pharmacy Services

**Deadline extended - feedback form closes 22nd December 2025**

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is asking for your views on pharmacy services in your area as part of its Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA).

Every five years, the Health Board is required to carry out a PNA to review whether pharmacy services meet the needs of local communities. This includes looking at what services are currently provided, where and when they are available, and whether there are any gaps.

The assessment will also consider dispensing services offered by some GP practices in rural areas. These services allow GPs to supply prescribed medicines directly to patients instead of issuing a prescription to take to a pharmacy.

Your feedback is vital in helping us understand if improvements are needed, such as whether a new pharmacy is required in a particular area or if more pharmacies should offer specific services.

The survey is anonymous, and any information you provide will not be linked to you. Please do not include any details that could identify you or anyone else. All personal data will be handled in line with our privacy policy.

To take part, please complete the questionnaire:

It only takes a few minutes and your views will help shape future pharmacy services.
