First Minister for Wales Visits Nevill Hall Radiotherapy Unit

We were delighted to welcome Rt Hon Eluned Morgan MS, First Minister for Wales, to the Velindre @ Nevill Hall Radiotherapy Unit in Abergavenny this week.

The First Minister was joined by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Chair, Ann Lloyd CBE; Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Chief Executive, Nicola Prygodzicz; Velindre University NHS Trust Vice Chair, Lindsay Foyster; and Velindre University NHS Trust Interim Chief Executive, Carl James.

During the visit, the First Minister had the opportunity to meet with staff, receive a tour of the fantastic facilities, and witness first-hand the incredible impact the unit is making to cancer patients’ lives since it opened last June.
