We are pleased to announce the launch of the Cancer Patient Survey. If you were diagnosed with cancer at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in the last 4–6 months, you may soon receive a text from us with a short survey about your care. You will only receive this text message if we have your mobile number on file.
The aim is to gather anonymous feedback about patient experience, helping us learn and improve our services. The survey is quick and easy to complete, and we hope it will encourage patients to share their thoughts with us.
While you're on-site, you can still share your thoughts by speaking to a member of staff.
If you require any advice, support or information or wish to opt out of receiving these text messages please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS):
📞 01633 493753
There is an also an option to opt out directly from the survey if you receive the text message. Please note that this will only opt you out of future feedback survey requests; other text messages from Aneurin Bevan University Health Board will still be sent.
We are committed to improving the experience of all our patients and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
