Help Us Make Every Endoscopy Experience Better: Launch of People's Experience Survey (PES) – Endoscopy via SMS

From August 2026, if you have recently had an endoscopic procedure at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, you may receive a text message with a link to a survey. The survey asks about the care you have received. It is only sent if we have your mobile number on file.

We want to hear about your experience. Your feedback is anonymous and will help us learn and improve.

Our aim is to gather anonymous feedback about patient experience, helping us learn and improve our services. The survey is quick and easy to complete, and we hope it will encourage patients to share their thoughts with us.

Other Ways to Provide Feedback

While you're on-site, you can still share your thoughts by speaking to a member of staff or accessing our Survey via the feedback poster that is on display. Feedback posters are displayed across a number of our services.

Need Support or Want to Opt Out?

If you require any advice, support or information or wish to opt out of receiving these text messages please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS):

There is an also an option to opt out directly from the survey if you receive the text message. Please note that this will only opt you out of future feedback survey requests; other text messages from Aneurin Bevan University Health Board will still be sent.
