Hiro Tanaka, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon Elected BOA President (2027-2028)

We are delighted to announce that Hiro Tanaka, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon has been elected as President of the British Orthopaedic Association (2027-2028).

Mr Tanaka said:

"Thank you for the honour of serving as President of our Association. I feel privileged to serve such a dedicated and selfless community. My focus will be on supporting excellence in clinical care, education, research and wellbeing across our profession. Together we will continue to advance orthopaedics for the benefit of our patients and colleagues. I look forward to the years with commitment and gratitude."
