We are pleased to share that new course dates are now available for The Bereavement Journey. These 7-week courses offer a safe and supportive space to explore your grief with others who understand.

• In Person | Starts Mon 29 Sept 2025 | Trethomas Life Centre | 2:00–4:00pm
• Online | Starts Tue 30 Sept 2025 | 7:00–9:00pm

For NHS Staff

• Online | Starts Sun 19 Oct 2025 | 7:00–9:00pm
