New SignLive Service Launched

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board are pleased to be launching the SignLive service, to support our Deaf and British Sign Language (BSL) users to access our services. They will be able to use SignLive to make phone calls and aid in person communication in situations where a face-to-face interpreter is not available.

The service will be available in the following areas;

Accident and Emergency – including minor injuries
Maternity and antenatal service
Outpatients
Booking Centre
Mass vaccination centres and one test centre
Putting Things Right – to raise any concerns
Bellevue GP Surgery
