As part of our commitment to delivering personalised and proactive care, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is inviting patients to take part in a new Online Health Assessment Programme.

This digital initiative is designed to help us better understand and respond to your individual care needs. Eligible patients will receive an invitation to complete a short online health assessment, which will support our clinical teams in tailoring care more effectively.
