Text Messages to Newly Referred Patients

Patients who have been newly referred to a specialty this year and who are on an outpatient waiting list may receive a text message from the Health Board as follows:

                Dear Patient

                We have a question for you about your care.

                Please visit your patient portal @ https:\\nhs.my\............................. to respond.

                Thank you

Please be assured that this is a genuine validation exercise to ensure that the waiting lists are maintained and will provide the patient with further information relating to the referral and how to respond. 

These texts will be sent out on a Friday over the coming weeks.
