We’re really happy to share that Prof. Tracy Daszkiewicz, our Director of Public Health, will be a guest judge on this week’s episode of The Great British Menu! Airing Thursday evening 8pm, she’ll bring her expertise and passion to the table as top chefs battle it out to create stunning dishes that celebrate British culinary excellence.

This year the regional judging on the show is being done by ‘Local Legends’- Following Tracy's globally recognised leadership as Director of Public Health in Wiltshire, she and her team were instrumental in helping to prevent the spread of the Novichok poison in Salisbury in March 2018, she was selected as the judge for the South-West Region for the Great British Menu.
