The Continuing Healthcare Occupational Therapy team provides specialist Occupational Therapy Assessment and intervention for patients eligible for NHS Continuing healthcare funded care within their own home, nursing homes or specialist placements.
 
The pandemic has required the team to swiftly adopt new and innovative working practices to enable continued high quality service provision during this challenging time.
