Dealing with Complaints
If you have not been able to use Welsh or have not received a Welsh language service in one of the areas listed above, you can make a complaint by following these steps:
This procedure will be displayed on the Health Board's website and the 'Welsh Language' pages on the Health Board's intranet. It will be reviewed annually by the Welsh Language Unit and any changes will be reported to the Health Board's Welsh Language Strategic Group.
