HealthRoster (opens in new window) is provided by Allocate Software plc and is an E-Rostering / workforce management system. Its purpose is to aid the management of the workforce; this includes patient demand, establishment management, staff working preferences, absence management, rostering, time and attendance and payroll integration.
The system helps managers to roster staff more effectively in order to ensure the Health Board fully meets its service requirements. It also aims to ensure that the service can be run in a fair and efficient way for staff, reducing errors in timesheets and ensuring that staff are aware of their off duty in a timely manner.

Employees can also access an online system to request duties, annual leave and days off through an employee online tool. (opens in new window)
This simple to use request tool enables staff to request available shifts and annual leave which are then directly input onto the roster in readiness for approval. The tool also enables bank employees to record their availability and view/book available bank shifts.

BankStaff (opens in new window) is a system for department managers to arrange bank shifts for areas that are not currently using HealthRoster.

ESR from Home enables you to access your Electronic Staff Record and E-Learning from home once you have requested Internet Access from a work computer.
