Enhanced Learning Credits (ELCAS)
The MOD's Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme promotes lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. Providing financial support in each of a maximum of three separate financial years, the scheme enables higher level learning of a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3 or above (or approved international equivalent) with an approved Learning Provider.

Career Transition Partnership (CTP)
The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the Ministry of Defence working with Right Management. CTP provide resettlement and have supported leavers of the Armed Forces for over 20 years, as they transition from the military into civilian life. There are huge benefits from registering and accessing the wealth of support we offer, from career transition guidance, skills workshops, vocational training and routes to employment.
