More Information:  The Silver Line Helpline run by Age UK is a free, confidential telephone service for older people.  We provide friendship, conversation and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer friendship, conversation, and support for people aged 55 or over, especially those who may be experiencing feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Age Cymru Friend in Need

Friend in Need is a telephone friendship service designed specifically to support older people who feel alone, lonely and are isolated. The service offers a friendship call to any older person over 70 years of age in Wales who has registered with the service and been matched with a volunteer.
