Drop in Repairs

Drop-in repairs are available from the following Audiology Departments:

• Royal Gwent Hospital: 9:00am - 12:00pm Monday-Friday
   
• Nevill Hall Hospital: 9:00am - 12:00pm Monday-Friday
   
• Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr: 9:00am - 12:00pm Monday-Friday

We will only be able to see a certain number of patients each morning and may advise patients to drop hearing aids off for repair and arrange collection. Please note we do not see patients for drop-in repairs outside of these times.

You can still use the drop box and leave your aid with us to be repaired if you do not want to wait - see details below.
