Newport Memory Assessment Service is situated St Cadoc's Hospital.  The best entrance to use from the main road is either Entrance 1 or Entrance 3.

Wentwood Suite is located up a driveway opposite the Headquarters building.  The doors into Wentwood Suite will lead you straight to the reception.  There is limited parking outside of the unit, please utilise the main car park where possible.  Parking can be difficult so we would advise you leave plenty of time for your journey.
