Torfaen Memory Assessment Service is situated in County Hospital.  The main doors into Ty Siriol unit will lead you straight to their reception.  There is limited parking outside of the unit, please utilise the main car park where possible. Parking can be difficult so we would advise you leave plenty of time for your journey.
