Here you’ll find additional links to national guidance, specialist charities, expert-led information, and community support. These resources offer a range of perspectives and practical tools, whether you're looking to deepen your understanding, explore treatment options, or find support networks beyond the Health Board.

 

  • Daisy Network is dedicated to providing information, support, and community for women diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI). We are the only UK charity solely focused on POI, offering medical and psychological support while advancing research into treatments and causes. https://daisynetwork.org/

Menopause Champions

We have a number of trained clinicians (Menopause Champions) based at our GP practices who are here to listen, support, and guide you through menopause, your wellbeing, your way.

Speak to your GP Practice about seeing a Menopause Champion at your practice. 

Our Menopause champions will:

  • Provide advice on symptoms
  • Support with HRT or alternatives 
  • A listening ear who understands
