The most commonly used products include pads, tampons, menstrual cups and period pants, each with its own benefits, safety considerations and environmental impact.

To help end period poverty in Wales, the Welsh Government launched the Period Proud Wales campaign, ensuring everyone can access the menstrual products they need with dignity.
