What happens at a C-Card point?

You can have a chat with a trained C-Card assessor about relationships, sexually transmitted infections, how to use a condom etc. They can also provide you with condoms.

Is the Gwent C-Card Scheme confidential?

The information a young person gives is kept confidential. No information is passed on to anyone else. The assessor may have to talk to someone else if they think a young person is at risk, but will always try and talk to the young person before doing this.

If you’re worried about this, please discuss this with the C-Card assessor before giving any information.
