Free Bereavement Support from your Health Board

Thursday 12th Decemeber 2024

The Bereavement Journey is a 7-week course run by The Parish Trust in collaboration with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. Designed for relatives of people cared for by the Health Board, the course explores bereavement and supports participants in processing their own grief.

What’s Included?

Understanding grief and its impact
Managing emotions like anger and guilt
Coping with reactions and moving forward
Optional: Explore faith-based perspectives

This course is free of charge but registration is essential as there is limited capacity.

Starting Monday 6th January 2025, for 7 weeks.
