When contacting our Referral & Booking team via email to change or make an enquiry about your appointment please always remember to include your:

• Date of birth
• Address
• Contact details
• Appointment details (Speciality/Consultant) if relevant

This will enable to us to locate you on our systems and action your enquiry more efficiently.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
