The Communications and Engagement Team take pride in the way we engage with the communities of Gwent, and we strive to ensure that residents are involved in the work of the Health Board.

The team not only share key health information and messages, but they also encourage people to share their personal experiences and feedback to ensure that their voice is heard, and their feelings are listened to. This helps to shape Health Board services and make sure they are as effective and efficient as they can be.
