Partnerships

The Health Board works alongside many organisations to enable its services to be designed and delivered more appropriately, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of local people. The work of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is supported by third party and local organisations including: Gwent Association of Voluntary Organisations (GAVO), Torfaen Voluntary Alliance (TVA), Gwent Police including the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent and Local Authority Councils (Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen) and more recently The Parent Network in Caerphilly Borough. 

 

The Health Board is represented at the Regional Partnership Board and Gwent Citizens Panel. 

The Engagement team has previously worked in partnership and attended:   

> Local Authority Community Talk to Us Sessions, Warm Spaces and Cost of Living events;   

>Housing Association Resident Complexes and events;   

>Health & Wellbeing events and Freshers Fairs at Coleg Gwent Campuses; and  

> School Parents evenings, coffee mornings and PTA events
