Flexible Sigmoidoscopy

A flexible sigmoidoscopy is a procedure that is similar to colonoscopy however is limited to examination of the left side of the colon (large bowel).  This procedure is performed in The Royal Gwent Hospital (RGH), Nevill Hall Hospital (NHH) or Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr (YYF) as an outpatient or The Grange University Hospital (GUH) as an inpatient.
