The Aftercare service can be accessed by any relatives of patients who have been attended by the Wales Air Ambulance Team.
We offer appointments with a patient liaison nurse to help answer any questions about the treatment given at scene, the sequence of events as well as providing emotional support and onward signposting if required.
We also offer emotional support to bystanders who have been involved in an incident or performed resuscitation.
