Our aim is to support patients to regain the skills and confidence required to live life well.
When our time with the patients has ended, their rehabilitation may continue with support from NHS outpatient services (e.g. Outpatient Physiotherapy). There are also a number of organisations working in the local area who may be able to offer stroke or brain injury patients help when needed.
