Tuberculosis (TB)

The TB team in ABUHB looks after all patients with active TB and many patients with non-tuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease (NTM-PD).  The team also manages latent TB in individuals screened through contact with cases of TB, new entrant screening and pre-immunosuppression screening.  We collaborate closely with colleagues in the community and public health to control and stop TB in the community.
