Many of us experience difficult times in our lives which can leave us feeling stressed, anxious or depressed. You might be trying to find help because you've been feeling down for a few days. Or perhaps you're having a stressful time at work, which is causing you to feel worried and anxious.
The Road to Wellbeing is an exciting new initiative to help people manage stress and improve mental wellbeing. The Gwent initiative started in April 2015 has proved very popular with hundreds attending the ‘Stress Control’ and ‘Activate your life’ courses.
The two courses complement one another, and so far, have attracted numbers of up to 80 participants at a time.
All courses above are designed to be as accessible as possible, no personal details are taken, no referral or prior booking is required, and the non-interactive format ensures that nobody is put on the spot or asked to discuss any personal problems. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative, all are welcome. Just turn up!
