How can we help?

Living with a health condition can be distressing for people and the support network around them. It is common for people to report experiencing difficult thoughts and feelings that impact on psychological wellbeing. Our service offers a chance for people to talk about these areas of difficulty. Where appropriate, we can work together to develop skills for coping, practical ways to support those around us, and work towards living a full and meaningful life.
