Injuries to the brain and spinal cord can happen for many different reasons, and the consequences of injury will vary depending on the location, type and severity of the injury. Rehabilitation and longer-term management will therefore be tailored to the individual patient, and we may be working with the patient on a wide range of goals, many of the principles are similar across many different neurological conditions:
