You may already be aware that the practice became directly managed by Aneurin Bevan University Board following the resignation of the former GP Partners in 2017, and that Markham Medical Centre became a branch surgery in September 2019.
We are pleased to confirm that, following a robust recruitment campaign in accordance with the Vacant Practice Process, the Health Board has successfully secured a new independent GP partnership to take on the management and delivery of General Medical Services for Bryntirion Surgery. The contract has been awarded to Dr J Allinson and Dr J Ahmed with effect from the 1st of April 2024.
