Huntington's Team & Complex Care

In the complex and long-term care division of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) we work with people living with a range of complex health conditions, and those who have experienced a life altering injury. Having a diagnosis of a complex care condition, and/or experiencing a major injury can have life altering impact for those people and their family, friends, and support networks.

We aim to provide a holistic approach to the care of our patients and their families, using a multidisciplinary team, to ensure every person we see is best supported to come to terms with and manage their new way of living. Through our collaborative work within the division and more widely across the health board, we aim to ensure every person under our care has the opportunity to have the best quality of life possible.
