Healthy Living NHS
 

The NHS website contains information about obesity as well as a live well section which has links to information about healthy eating, exercise, mental wellbeing and more.

The NHS are currently offering a 12-week weight loss plan which promotes safe and sustainable weight loss through healthier food choices and physical activity. 

Using the link below, you can also access 24 instructor-led workout videos. There are a variety of workouts including yoga, pilates, strength and aerobics that range from 10 to 45 minutes in length.

The British Dietetic Association have a food and health section on their website which has many useful resources about healthy eating, eating on a budget, weight loss and managing health conditions such as diabetes, IBS and PCOS.

Diabetes UK is a charity supporting individuals with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. On their website you can find information regarding living with diabetes, preventing Type 2 diabetes, healthy eating, recipes and more.
