Enter the building at the front. Go up the stairs the clinic is upstairs on the first floor.
Access: If you require a lift it is helpful if you can inform the clinician making your appointment so that we can ensure someone is available to let you into the lift as it is situated in the podiatry waiting room.
To access the lift: go past the main entrance stairs and behind the staircase is a door labelled “Podiatry please knock and wait” the lift is inside the podiatry waiting room, our clinic is on the second floor ( there is a basement), on exiting the lift the waiting room is directly opposite and the reception area is further along on the left. Accessible toilets are available to the right side of the lift doors on the second floor.
If walking: there is a train and bus station at the opposite end of Bargoed. To reach the clinic you would need to walk along the main street of Bargoed, via the shops, passing Morrisons on your left towards the end. After Morrisons keep walking for a few hundred yards where you will reach traffic lights. The clinic is on the other side of the road at these lights.
If driving take the Bargoed exit at the roundabout where there is a Morrisons petrol garage. This road goes uphill to a set of traffic lights. At this first set of lights turn right and park in the small free car park on the right. Leave the car and walk up hill and cross the road, Bargoed clinic is a square grey building on the left hand side as the road turns to the right.
Accessible parking for Blue Badge holders is on the road in front of the clinic but there are no designated spaces
