The Health Board is formally accountable to the Minister for Health and Social Services through the organisation's Chair.  The Chief Executive is the organisation's accountable officer and reports to the Chief Executive of NHS Wales / Director General for Health and Social Services.  The Health Board is allocated over £1 billion a year by Welsh Government to plan, secure and deliver services for our population.  View the Department for Health and Social Services website for more information.
