During pregnancy, your body undergoes many changes. Some of these changes may affect your joints, your posture, and the way that you move.  As your baby grows, some muscles will stretch which may cause them to weaken. Fluctuating hormone levels can also affect the joints around your spine, pelvis, and hips. Pregnancy can also impact the way that your bladder and bowels function.
