The information is designed to give you the tools to help you manage some of the symptoms that you may be experiencing and feel confident to keep fit and active - follow the links on the left to the services we offer.
Should you choose to be referred to physiotherapy services, we aim to see you at your nearest local hospital. Depending on the site you may be initially seen at a group advice and exercise session or at individual appointment. If, after attending the class and following the advice you have no improvement, we ask you to contact the department for an individual appointment.
