Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

PALS serves as a dedicated point of contact for patients, their families, and carers, offering confidential advice, support, and information on health-related matters.

The PALS Team is here to listen and assist you if:

  • You have a query or problem but don’t know who to ask.
  • You want to talk to someone not directly involved in your care.
  • You want to leave feedback about your experience or compliment a service or individual members of staff.
  • You have a suggestion on how we can make improvements.

The PALS Team is committed to resolving any queries, issues, or concerns quickly and directly with the staff involved. They will stay in touch with you by telephone and/or email to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly.
