When you telephone you will be asked for the following:
- Your name and contact number
If you are not the direct next of kin, you will be asked to obtain their permission to be a primary contact. If possible, it would be helpful if they could be with you when you make the call.
- Information for the person who has died including:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Date of death
- Occupation (if known)
- Cremation or burial if decided
- Chosen funeral director if you have one at the time
