Patient Transport
If you have to visit any of our hospitals for outpatient appointments or to have treatment, you will normally be expected to organise your own transport – whether that would be driving, using public transport or asking for help from family and friends.
When this is not possible, you may be eligible to use community transport services or get help with travelling costs.
