Can You Lend a Hand in the Walled Garden with Friends of Llanfrechfa Grange Walled Garden?

The Big Help Out is a UK wide campaign to celebrate the King’s coronation through volunteering and to encourage more people to get involved in volunteering for their local communities.

The Friends of Llanfrechfa Grange Walled Garden are taking part and would like to welcome any able-bodied volunteers who would like to come along.

Jobs to do:

• Dig out and construct soakaways in some of the paths
• Prepare other paths for final top dressing
• Dig out foundations for a patio retaining wall

All tools provided. Dress code is for sensible garden wear, protective gloves and sturdy boots, but if you can dress in red, white and blue that would be great too!

Refreshments provided throughout the day with a relaxed Coronation Celebration Lunch at around 1:00pm.
