Dementia Action Week 2025

Tuesday 13th May 2025

Dementia Action Week will take place 19th - 23rd May 2025, where we will continue to raise awareness of the importance of an early diagnosis for people affected by dementia.

The Dementia Team will be visiting the following areas on:

• Monday 19th – Grange The University Hospital - Foyer

• Tuesday 20th – Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr – Canteen

• Wednesday 21st – Nevill Hall Hospital - Canteen
