Thank you to Gwent for fighting flu with us this season

This flu season we opened up our Mass Vaccination Centres to all children ages 2-17 who were able to receive their nasal flu spray vaccination, to which an amazing 656 children from across Gwent came to see us to get vaccinated. This is a remarkable milestone and we’re so glad that parents took the time to bring their children and get them protected. As we come to the end of our delivery of this years flu vaccination season, we’d like to thank you all who came forward to get you and your loved ones protected.

We tried to make it as easy as possible for you, and enabled you to walk in to our centres at your convenience without needing an appointment-  we had vast numbers of all ages continually turn up to receive their vaccinations.

Next flu season, we hope to see you all again for your yearly dose of protection against winter illnesses toward the end of the year.
