Estates team to work with local businesses on Minor Works projects

The Estates team at ABUHB is looking to work with more local building services to assist with the maintenance of its sites.  

With roughly 77 properties across Gwent, ranging from pre-1900 structures to the new Grange University Hospital, upkeep of the Health Board’s buildings is a huge task.  

As a result, the team want to collaborate with local Small and Midsize Businesses (SMBs) to support and deliver Minor Works projects. 

To do this, the Health Board has launched a new Minor Works Framework and Tender, which is now live until 12pm on the 14th of July 2023.

If you know any local SMBs who would be interested in working with us on Minor Works projects, please let them know about this opportunity.

It’s a great chance for local building services to work with us, helping to maintain and improve our sites to ensure quality care for patients and safe working environments for staff.
